2- you are not counting the incentive plan given to the people to buy more fuel effecient care. you are only looking at the additionnal taxe and not the 2000$ given to the hybrid buyers out there.
3- you are not taking in consideration the high consumption cars such as Mini vans, sports car, luxury V12 cars ect...
Which bring me to my next question do we already know what cars will be taxed? what is the limit before a car gets taxed for next year?
