I doubt they spent much $$ on R&D. Remember the Altima is the weakest out of all cars w/ VQ35DE in them. Also, even w/ the 350Z, they didn't break into the internal yet, just modified exhaust, intake and ECU tunning. What I'm trying to say is that they probably just make the Altima breath a little bit easier and there's your 5HP.
