honda aem cam gears and it all ended up to a mechanic. Some cam gears come with keys and some do not. You need to find out ahead of time to ensure you have the proper parts for this installation.
In every experience i've had dealing with aftermarket cam gears, the OEM woodruff keys were reused without any problems.
