Included are the photos I have of the front drive axels (marked with yellow). Is this a salvaged part???

I also included a shot or the damage to the wheel well in the front and to the upper control arm. It has progressed since that photo was taken.

Also included is a shot of the pinch welds on the rear end of the car. I was questioning whether or not the frame was damaged prior. by the looks of the photos, I thought forsure the frame was repaired....

Any opinions???
