Default Decided on a manual swap

Well after putting it to long thought, rather than placing the money towards another accord to power up i think i'd love to keep my teg and make something out of it rather than keep it stock.

So... sorry if this is in the wrong forum. Didn't seem like a hybrid thread, but how much is this going to cost me and what all am i going to need part wise.

The only cutting i can think of is running the clutch linkage. There is a plate on the firewall for where the clutch master cylinder and pedal should mount to. So far i've drawn up this list of parts.

manual tranny (guessing around 700-900ish)
clutch pedal assembly
center console for the stick
clutch master cylinder
slave cylinder
hydralic line
clutch disc
pressure plate
flywheel

I've installed some tranny's before and 2 of my friends are auto technicians at shops as well so i'm thinking hopefully this should only be like a 3 or 4 day project if we work on it after we get out of our dealerships on time.

I also am curious if a gs-r tranny is stronger than an ls. I doubt i'll ever boost this car since i'm slowly working my way up the performance ladder but i do love to drive a stick like its a dirt track racer. I want to feel that part of me that died when i bough the car. any help would be appreciated greatly.
