i was at home chillin watching tv and had no smokes. so i got dressed and headed to the store around the corner. because it was just around the corner i didnt take my keys for the house or my cell and was going to leave the front door unlocked. as soon as i closed the front door i realized i had accidentally locked it. i just stood there for a minute dumbfounded by my own idiocy. :doh:

since there's another group home further south i head down there to see if the guy is home since he has an extra key. of course he's not home so i left a note on the door telling him to call me at my parents house ASAP. i head back to my house and leave another note for one of the residents who also has a key. i didnt have my phone so i couldnt call my boss to come open it.

i get back to my parents house and find out the guy had just called 10 minutes earlier. :madr:
