The fact that its Fried to begin with means you aren't especially concerned with eating that meal as nutritious as possible. Treat yourself to fried chicken once in a while and of course eat the skin. There's nothing like a well-balanced bite of fried chicken where you have a great chicken meat to crunchy skin ratio. I can't eat fried chicken any other way. :yumyum:
