Is it a creditable shop? Ask around there are some shops that show their work and the stuff they have done and can do. Those people I would trust over some Joe Shmo who says "I'll repair
it and it will look like brand new!".

A REAL repair shop will say "We'll try our absolute best to make it LOOK like it was originally before the accident and hopefully it'll be like new again."
