Just take it to a ghetto tire shop.. These guys have lock breaking kits. Might cost you 50 bucks, but that's money well spent on not busing tools or knuckles
What's a decent electric impact wrench? I wouldn't want the air cause then i'd have to get a compressor too. Enough for removing lug nuts, or wheel locks in my situation.
