Default need help, about body work and misc problems

Hi,
My car, Honda Accord 2002 SE, was involved a car accident recently,
and now the reparing of body is just finished. (at a bodyshop assigned
by my insurance company, cost about 7000$)
The problem is that the gap between the light and the body is larger
than I expect. please see the attached pictures.
I dont know whether this quality of body work is acceptable for my case,
and whether this gap will lead to some internal damage of light
or electrical stuffs inside it when in raining. (the later is the one I concern mostly)

by the way, is there background light of the digit clock at night? I cant
see the clock when driving at night cuz it's so dark. I remember it
seems has background light before. (I check the manual, but it has no information
about it)

(I'm new here, and dont know whether it is the right place to for my post, so
I'm sorry if it it not.)

Ken
