i freaking hate our helpdesk program...
it just means another way for me to get chores...
speaking of which i just stepped into a big pile. Got an email asking for a word change on a pdf file so i quick changed it and sent it on. now i just got a phone call, "OMGZ how you do that, we have been trying for months, we have like 30 changes to 5 different forms we need made, im going to send them off to you"
FAWK that backfired in my face... but he is the warehouse manager for our largest warehouse
