Had my review last Friday....boss said he put in for a merit review but I won't find out what percentage it is until April 2nd :wtc:
...He also put in for 18 months of back pay b/c I haven't had a raise since 2005 and its all his fault

Other than that...my job has sucked lately. Don't want to be here at all today - the office is freezing and I have to move all my stuff b/c they're laying new carpet tonight. h:
