morals have nothing to do with the law... i find it is imoral to keep and animal in a cage, but does that mean it should be illigal? My moral, your morals dont have anything to do with this.
I am not saying it should be socially accepted... i am agaisnt it for sure. but i dont think it's up to the court to descide.
