If so, thats a good reason for the previous owner to raise the engagement.

h: But if it's me you're talking about, yeah, the previous owner messed with my IM. He removed the dashpot or whatever it's called that builds vacuum to open the secondaries. I think he may have also taken the secondary butterflies out as well...but I'm not 100% sure on that.
