To want to take a more active approach at my job..
Yesterday I created a memo for the IC's. It was to make sure they keep the warehouse clean and to make more attempts on deliveries, and so on.
Well today I get in, and I guess the morning lady was talkin shit, and i hate people talkin shit.
Since the start of the new year, we have become one of the best branches in the company, and I wanna be next in line to move up.
Or should I just say forget it and be lazy?
