He's been pulling a lot of scummy shit with the divorce scenario (which has been finalized after 2-years but he keeps appealing) like trying to hurt my moms reputation at work and stuff.

Now he has decided to pull my sisters health insurance (she has chronic lung problems) for no reason whatsoever other than so she has to pay the $400 a month for coverage, which will in turn make my mom have to pay out of her pocket to help my sister out on some things.
