nice start, dood.. projectors have really bad light output.. so i'd advise against them in the first place.. if i were you i'd clear my stocks out.. i've seen some people paint the housing body color, and if thats your bag, cool, but i think black would look kinda out of place too.. unless u want that to go with your 'black accent' molding, handles, mirrors, and rear plate trim. but i would at least ditch the amber. JMO.

rims are aight, i think i saw them on discount tire's site when they were cheap like when u got em.. i would recommend an eibach pro kit and some type of aftermarket struts.. i like my kyb agxs.

there are lots of cheap mods you can do other than your headlights.. i would also recommend red/clear tails or all reds.. you can prolly find someone with a set of all clear 96-98 sedan tails for cheap and then paint em.. thats what i did for my sister and her 95 sedan. i gutted my stock grill.. right now its empty, but i have some black plastic mesh i got from the hardware store for $1.77 that i plan on putting behind the grill to make it look more like a 'type R' style deal..also, that engine bay could be easily 'spruced up' by simply polishing the valve cover, or painting/getting it powercoated ($$).

as far as body work.. i could see a nice OEM lip, or maybe a mugen, ctr.. something fairly mild.. paint the stock sides and snag a rear lip.. that would look clean IMO.. the only spoiler i could see on there would be OEM or the wings west flush mount..

other little things you can do is some interior stuff.. i painted my gauge bezel silver to match my silver dash kit, custom shift boot, and RSX shift knob. paint cost me like $4 or something..

of course all of this stuff is IMO.. looks nice bro, keep it up
