I got some 17" rims with new 225/45/17 Toyo Proxes 4 tires. 4 lug +40 offset. I had them on my prelude but they are a bit too wide and rub when I go on bumps and potholes. I think they might be too wide for civics too. But I know for a fact that they will fit percetly on Accords and maybe some acuras. The rims have a few scrapes and scratches but nothing too bad.
