theres no hate for barstow. its a landmark in california, famed for route 66 that passes thru there and the halfway pt to vegas. the mcdonalds in barstow is awesome, as are their retail outlets. i wish barstow could be part of socal, but it is not. just as an apple and an orange are different, barstow is unique. both are part of the fruit family.. like barstow and socal in southern california, but theyre not one and the same.
