Nope. You just get the credit card, send in the form stating how many miles you had on it when you got the card, and then send in another form when you need some $$ I've put on about 70k miles since I've had the card, so that's $700, and I've redeemed about $500 of that towards vehicle service (or you can do a new/used vehicle too).
