The fact is: we're not all the same. Obviously, there was a "headstart" for the caucasian. Obviously, there is an advantage being a male over a female, etc.
Don't believe me? Check out the pay averages in many different fields for male vs. female, white vs. the rest.
(take a couple of sociology classes and see how "equal" we all are)
Go out in the real world and find out that most people have chosen to be "unequal"
Women typically have lower paying jobs than men because
on average they have less challenging jobs. Blacks have lower wages than whites because they are less likely to be educated and therefore qualified, even though if they go to college they have a much better chance of getting scholarships than a white.
