I still don't know why everyone's assuming there's some sort of problem.

It was working fine before, I clicked QoS on and I get more bandwidth over wireless.

There's 3 computers connected to this router, maybe someone's running something in the background.

Seems to me having some prioritizing of traffic is not necessarily a bad thing when there's more than one user involved.
