why did it take 5 days to decide this? its just beginning. she fought her dead husband's family to have him cremated. got him cremated then they fought over the ashes. so a judge decided to split the ashes. petty, doesnt even begin to touch the immaturity or plain grossness of it all..anyhoo, she goes and picks up her half of his ashes 5 yrs later. so maybe this is all karma..she was a mess. i hope the photog is the dad of dannielyn and we dont have to hear about her anymore, either. he is going to have enough trouble raising her since she was exposed to drugs in the womb. how selfish..geez, even james brown isnt buried yet. britney is providing plenty of mindless, newcasting fodder.
