LOL at you guys prefab...

Prefab are usually manufacture in sections, like wall, roof ect... and they shit it in parts then assemble it on site like a big ass LEGO. WHy the fuck would you want to ship a fully assembled house when you can just assemble it on site :thinking:

Advantage of prefab is that the plans are already made... you can change them if you want and have a custom prefab home built. then you also choose all the finishing material and your set. your home can be ready turn key in like 2 months.

ALso if you are going to a home think about building a duplex... can be advanageous for you. if you dont need a too big of a house its perfect.

1 Last thing, for all of your furniture, finishing material, plumbing and all that shit buy a membership at Directbuy it will save you a ahit load of money... not worth it for peeps with little renovations but for a new construction you safe a bunddle.
