unfortunately you have a 7th gen civic.
which means, basic bolt-ons (intake, header, exhaust)
wont do squat. (not that it did much on 6th gens, anyway)
and there really aren't any turbo kits out yet... you'll have to go custom.. which will run you 3-4 grand. and thats in US dollars.
edit: oh yeah, on average boost with stock internals (5-6 psi?) you'll get anywhere from 30-40 hp and torque is around the same gains too.. 20-30 lb.ft?
your civic is around 110hp to the wheels stock. that isn't too shabby compare to previous gens.
I remember reading HKS with a turbo manifold out.. but that could just be the manifold, not the kit... still helps though.
best bang for the buck, is, unfortunately, nitrous. (which will obviously void some warranties)
going fast isn't cheap, but for a 50 shot that'll cost like 500-800 bucks (depending on where u get it), it does more than an entire bolt-on of I/H/E that may run upwards to a grand.
personally, not to kill it. bolting on power in a civic isn't easy. its costly.... I suggest working on that wacky suspension our 7th gen has... and when a complete turbo kit or something else comes out later, your warranty will be gone already and you can go ahead use the money you save to buy that...
or get a new car. I duno.
