Im just curious because I see all these headers out there with different O2 sensor mounts.

It was pretty simple to replace. Having the car on a lift is best but if you can't, you can use a couple of jackstands to get under the front of the car. You'll have a problem getting the bolts lose that connects the downpipe to the cat. WD40 will be your friend...LOL
When connecting the header to the block, make sure you tighten the bolts starting from the inside and working to the outside.

Also, when removing the bolts, don't let the cat hang down by the wires of the secondary O2 sensor. It will pull the plug/connectors loose and that will throw a CEL.
(Yeah, I did that...LOL)
If that happens, just push all 4 connectors back in snuggly
