the f22's can be found for dirt cheap, usually are given away on cb7tuner.com. not to mention u can swap out the sohc head to a dohc head, and its not nearly as much of bitch to do as it would be with a d series. bottom end parts are also interchangable amongst different h series and f series engines. i see no problem with doing the swap as long as its done right.
