Am i losing any power by having a stock cat converter inbetween them. If so what should i be looking at?
If your engine is mostly stock (just bolt-on mods) then you are better off having some restriction in the exhaust.

Perhaps, but as compared to a high-flow catalytic converter, and the exhaust mods already in place, the stock unit is going to give better restriction. Geez...
