ummmm:

clean old calipers, using a brush and steel wool if neccessary, clean off all loose debris and dirt

use a engine enamel, or you can buy caliper paint at stores

make sure to take off the area around the caliper if your not taking off the car and go ahead and spray. its really not that hard
