I have used Rustoleum on my Civic (about three sets so far), my wifes CR-V and four BMW's. I just wire brush all of the rust (unless rebuilt ones), wipe with paint thinner, prime and either brush or spray it on. It lasts, is cheap and cleans up pretty good. These are daily driver Buffalo cars though, so definetly not quality but not bad. It keeps them looking good for years.
You could go through the trouble of getting your paint code put into spray cans and disassembling your calipers to do a really decent job.
