when this happened to me. these were the steps i took

1. immediatly relisted items
2. began attempting to contact ebay
3. started contacting buyer
4. buyer replied and informed his account had indeed been hacked
5. relayed these messages along with the new listing to ebay
6. they refunded and buyer and i left mutal feedback how both parties were very understanding and resolved matter and were great members.


just keep trying to contact ebay and keep records of all the emails you send them and the "buyer"
