I did my bushings at the same time as my shocks so I can't really speak to the exact benefit the offer. Most people who have them complain that they squeak and I have the same problem. Seems to really be a design problem, the only two companies (prothane and energy susp.) that make poly bushings for integras aren't really sport compact companies and probably didn't put much time into the design. It only squeaks on big bumps so its not too bad.

Also one thing I noticed, everyone talks about the big soft rubber stock bushing but integras have some pretty damn tough bushings (except for the rear TA bushing), I really don't see how the poly bushings are that much harder than the stock bushings.
