they get paid flat rate when your talking private plow company.. for example 70 bucks everytime they have to plow....
they also do contracts... set amount of $$ for the whole season. same price if it snows everyday all of the winter or if it snows once all winter. its a gamble... but if you dont have a contract and it starts snowing too much your fucked forking out $70 a pop.
