I know taste is a subjective thing... but I wouldn't give him 69˘ for that particular car.
The hood, bodykit and rims just need to go. :ugh:
As far as major maintenance items are concerned, the big one is the timing belt / tensioner / water pump.
The replacement interval is 95K to 100K miles (or every six years) and it's absolutely critical. There's also a time component, so if that car still has it's original timing belt, I'd be nervous about getting it changed ASAP.
As always, use CARFAX to check the history.
Maintenance records are a definite plus; I personally consider them mandatory.
But to be completely honest... with all the DC Integras sold in the US, I would keep looking for one that hasn't been ruined with a horrid kit.
