At my work were having a lift off competition. I say we have one here too.
We can do a couple events and insead of doing 1 rep max we will make it 3 rep max so less chance of injury.
Possible Events:
1. Squat
2. Deadlift
3. Skull
4. Bench
5. Military Press
6. Curl.
7. ect....
We can see whose all interested and divide the teams by weight.
Obviously we cant have any bs'ers
