-its just the way the bulb is made.

-4300 has the most light output, and it not annoying/distracting to the drivers in front of you. 5000 has a little bit more blue in it, but the loght output it still pretty decent.

the higher temps (like 8, 10, and 12) have too much color in them, and much less light put on the road.
