Just to add something that noone has said, the 2002 vs 2003 altima dyno is not real proof. No engine puts out the exact same amount of power each time it is manufactured. BMW's limit is 12% off/in addition to their claimed horsepower, I believe. That's quite a bit. However, the loss of torque is interesting nonetheless.

Very good point. I know this but everyone was complaining about a few HP differences, that's why I had to give some kind of proof. But yes, that's very true. Which is why it doesn't really matter if a manufacture state 240HP or 255HP because like you said, that's still w/in the valid HP range.
