You do not tell us the milage or year of your car-but I will assume it is a 5th gen.
You also fail to mention if it is a 5 speed or SS; Is the car lowered and does it have ATTS. BUT, since you say you have gone thru a rear wheel bearing and the tranny has had some work-this tells me that there is some serious use be put to the car. If the tranny has been out it is possible that this should be revisited. Then again have you checked behind the front rotors and made sure the dust shiels are not touching and that there are no stones stuck in there. Also take a close look at the sway bar end links. You also need to make sure that the spring rubber pieces on top are ok.
