I had the rear brakes changed on my Honda accord 2002 v6 coupe at a Honda dealorship. When I picked up the car the "brake lamp" indicator on my dashboard was on. I reported this to the service person who stated that they did nothing with the brake lighting system and only replaced the break pads and resurfaced the rotors. All three break lights in the back work. I was wondering if anyone has ever encountered such a problem and if so how they resolved it? Also, is there anything that the dealership could have done when fixing the rear breaks that could have caused the light to come on.
