thanks everyone.... but still dont have the right answer


my motor is a b18c... a neighbor told me that it came from 90-93 tegra. is that true??? the battery is putting out 12v's, its a brand new battery. i checked the starter, it was fine. so i would buy a starter relay for a 94 rs? ok... i have checked napa, advance auto parts... an nothing, they both told me that i have to go to a acura dealership for that. but im all set with getting raped threw a dealership. today 2-2-07 it started right up... its bout 32 degrees out, so thats warm.. but anything below that it will not start. it turns over, but it does not start. the check engine light comes on, but it does not start... so is it the relay switch????
