DestopX is just a program that lets you change your desktop around. You can and objects and widgets that add new functionality to your desktop. You can also add new menu bars and themes. I like it.

Object Desktop is the larger suite (I think 13 programs in all) that includes desktopX, window blinds, icon packager, etc....it's a nice program
