yeah for sure, i havent driven it more than 10 feet, its too embarrassing to drive anyway

true, it would change the overall fuel pressure, but the injectors shouldnt be squirting fuel in any more than the fpr allows them to regardless of how much pressure is getting to the rail (this is my understanding of what the fpr does) thus, even if the pressure increased (which apparently it didnt, because im getting 38psi at the filter gauge which is spec) it should still be injecting the same amount of fuel into the cylinder.

anyway, im going to try the banjo bolt from my other civic, if that doesnt fix it ill check the comp as you suggested, im tempted to get another o2 harness and gauge just to see whats going on with this thing, is there any easy way to get a quick a/f reading?

btw... no CEL at all
