He adjusted the pressure on the pedal. My friend did that twice on his integra. Then his clutch went. If you engage high again pretty soon, you need a new clutch ASAP. I don't know how you drive so I can say how much wear and tear is on the clutch, but be careful and don't mess it up to much.
