Poor service = no tip in my book. I also will not pay a forced tip on a large party (over 6 people 18% gratuity included) it only invites mediocre service. I have disputed those charges and not had to pay them. If a restaurant wants to fight me I ask for seperate checks and then pay them all as one in the end. Either way I am not leaving a forced gratuity.
