Worse than that, is someone keeping change expecting a tip. I was at a restaurant with my parents, and we had a drink at the bar while waiting for our table. It was $18 for the drinks, my dad gave the guy a $20...he didn't bring any change back. He was going to get the rest in a tip, but he kept it like he was entitled to it. My dad asked him where the change was, and he said "it was only like 2 bucks." He didn't get a tip.
