if all of the parts are from the Si, then it just connects up like it was Si, as far as wiring, MAP, etc. - you can swap the Si cooling fan switch onto the D16A block - just remove the bolt that is in the same location and screw in the switch from the D16A6 - i am used to doing these swaps where we get a complete engine and drop it in, so it is easier for us to just to change a few things on the engine - if you are using your distributor, intake manifold, throttle body, aternator, etc. then you essentially have a D16A6 with 118hp due to the compression ratio being 9.4:1 instead of 9.1:1 - it will affect your performance, in that it will be better - other than that there is no difference
