D16A is JDM and came in several versions, both OBD1 and OBD2 - one version has VTEC and is basically the same as a USDM D16Z6 with 128hp - another version is non-VTEC and is basically the same as the JDM SOHC non-VTEC ZC with 118hp - the non-VTEC version is a little more powerful than the D16A6 due to having 9.4:1 compression ratio - there is also a VTEC-E version which is also 118hp
