thanks so much for the input guys. i actually have pulled the plugs out and they had a distinct gas smell.

i am definitely getting pressure to the filter, but im a little concerned its not making it past the banjo bolt (since its not stock, its a gauge), on saturday im going to use the stock banjo bolt and service bolt, and try spark plugs (from my other civic)

im also going to try pulling a plug wire out, and putting a plug onto it (i should see a visible spark, right?) if all of those dont fix it, im pulling the rail out and squirting fuel.

if that doesnt fix it, im going to burn the car to the ground and get some insurance.. jk but it seems like an easier way out lol
