actually applesauce, I was just being sarcastic, something else silvic apparently doesn't understand. I know that if I were to take my Si down to my local dealer and ask them to supercharge the crap out of it, they'd look at me like I was insane. and Silvic, if you want to, I know you can find a problem with the previous statement, maybe they wouldn't look at me like I was insane, but again, sarcasm.

Silvic says that I/we don't know what we're talking about or doing, and then argues with jerseygirl on the "I cracked my front bumper" thread about whether or not you can see the front end of a new civic. you can see the windshield wipers, and that's IT. Silvic talked about the trouble you would have dealing with a honda dealership over windshield wiper blades. Silvic implied that neither you nor I new how to change our oil, and finally, he implied that relocating the oil filter was a "rice" modification.

The way I see it, putting a loud-as-hell muffler on your 95 EX is way more rice than relocating the oil filter. Sure, it may gain you 3 hp Silvic, making your busted D16 just a tiny more powerful and therefore fitting in with your "performance oriented mod" view, but it's RICE.

whereas moving the oil filter isn't even going to be visible or audible, and therefore is NOT rice. at all.

Applesauce- as for the actual moving of the filter a couple of inches, I don't know that you would lose any (significant amount) of oil pressure. However, I am NOT an expert on moving oil filters, so I'll ask some people I know. Not that it matters- I'm sure you'll get an answer from someone.
