The fittings on the kit are good as i believe they are made by earls, i did not have any leakage problems but as a precation we did use some thread sealer, not teflon tape. I had upgraded the engine with a high flow oil pump so circulation on a stock configuration i couldnot tell/help you. this was used on a b18 t3/t4 turbo setup.
im not sure about the cooler kit, but the relocate kit comes with earl's clamps that look like fittings. its basically a fancy clamp. the fittings are made by greddy.
